Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese Language and Literature or related field.
- Proficiency in using English for daily work communication.
- Preference to high school teaching experience and experience in teaching Chinese as a second language.
- Possession of a valid teaching certificate and Mandarin proficiency certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching plans based on the school’s curriculum and students’ language proficiency.
- Actively participate in school teaching and research activities to continuously enhance teaching quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve teaching outcomes.
- Monitor and assess students’ learning progress, and regularly communicate with parents about students’ performance and development.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department, including temporary assignments related to position.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary range: RMB 14,000–15,800 (specific salary based on experience and qualifications).
