Job Title:                      Teacher of Chinese

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese Language and Literature or related field.
  • Proficiency in using English for daily work communication.
  • Preference to high school teaching experience and experience in teaching Chinese as a second language.
  • Possession of a valid teaching certificate and Mandarin proficiency certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching plans based on the school’s curriculum and students’ language proficiency.
  • Actively participate in school teaching and research activities to continuously enhance teaching quality.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to improve teaching outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess students’ learning progress, and regularly communicate with parents about students’ performance and development.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the department, including temporary assignments related to position.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly salary range: RMB 14,000–15,800 (specific salary based on experience and qualifications).
