SELT, which stands for Student Executive Leadership Team, is the core of the Student Leadership Body, consisting of five A2 students.

In the past, three student leadership systems existed simultaneously: Student Union, Prefect, and Student Council. Before moving into the new campus, SCIE established a new leadership system, combining three previous systems.

In the new system, the commanding center, the SELT, gives instructions to chairs of division and monitors the entire operation of SLB. Principals and senior students are involved in the election process of SELT.
