FBLA Experience

Over the years, Shenzhen college of international education has only participated in two core subjects, which are Marketing and International Business. However, this year SCIE students also participated in Sales Presentation and obtained outstanding results. Marketing is a process in which goods or services are transferred from producers to consumers. It is a series of activities carried out by enterprises or other organizations to meet the needs of consumers. It is a science that systematically studies the regularity of Marketing activities. Notably, SCIE students have won the national second place in Marketing in FBLA China Finals in previous years.

International Business is a comprehensive discipline that covers corporate communication, transaction law, human resource management, organizational structure and career planning. SCIE students have won the first place in International Business in China Round in FBLA in previous years, and the second place in International Business in the Global Round. Other students have also achieved excellent results as well.

As a selling technique, a sales presentation or sales pitch is a line of talk that attempts to persuade someone or something, with a planned sales presentation strategy of a product or service designed to initiate and close a sale of the product or service. This year, SCIE students obtained national Top10 in Sales Presentation, a outstanding achievement for first year participants!

At the FBLA Business Final in the 2022-2023 academic year, several SCIE teams once again demonstrated their strength with outstanding results. SCIE student achieved outstanding performance in International Business, Marketing, Sales Presentation and many Individual Open Events.

This year, FBLA adopted both online and offline track for all participants, which meant more difficulties and obstacles. Despite the fact that there were sometimes bad network conditions, SCIE students kept calm and spared no efforts to achieve their best. Eventually, they successfully went through the presentation, and completed the objective exam with high scores. Among them, Xinyi Gao, Wanru Huang and Ruidan Fan achieved National 1st Place in International Business and were qualified for the global final. Once again, congratulations to them and thanks to Allen, Cheong and Bill for their great support to the competition.
